1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bat33 platform ("Platform") and all its services. By registering with bat33 or using its services, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.

If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error, bat33 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. In such situations, a "faulty result" will not be considered valid.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. VIP and Rewards Program

bat33 has three VIP tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. bat33 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program, the number of tiers, or the details of benefits at any time. Separate wagering conditions may apply to cashback and rewards.

9. Responsible Gaming

bat33 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be considered a source of income. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
